The role
On offer: a rare opportunity to establish Vectors programme management system managing $500m value annually.
The Programme Delivery Assurance Specialist is responsible for enabling and assuring the effective delivery of Vectors rolling programme of work through strong oversight of planning processes delivery frameworks tools data standards impediment removal and continuous improvement practices.
The role will lead the development implementation and maintenance of the Project Delivery Framework ensure the accuracy and usability of programme and project management systems and establish robust onboarding and training processes to build capability across the business.
It will also drive the integration of AI and advanced analytics to enhance decision-making while fostering effective relationships with system and tool providers to ensure solutions remain fit-for-purpose and future-ready.
The Programme Delivery Assurance Specialist plays a key role in supporting a high-performing data-driven and continuously improving delivery environment as well as a higher level of collaboration across the organisation cross-functional engagement and team-based decision-making.
