You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailCollaborate with global AVS product management and marketing teams to advocate for and support their plans for VOC research to generate needed insights for various stages of product development launch planning and commercialization. Advise on correct research scoping to meet business requirements.
Manage the design and successful implementation of primary VOC research to obtain structured customer feedback across the product lifecycle in particular related to customer challenges/unmet needs Value Proposition development/validation pricing and customer journey - through qualitative quantitative and mixed research methods.
Responsibilities include understanding stakeholder objectives preparing RFP vendor selection guiding study design fieldwork issue resolution and input/guidance to vendor partners on research results and insights presentation for maximum impact.
Occasionally involves end-to-end research planning and execution using internally available tools/ resources.
Synthesize cross-cutting insights from multiple studies as input to AVS segment teams. Act as the customer insights knowledge hub to share intelligence across teams.
Identify key customer insights gaps and advise senior management on market and customer trend research needs and opportunities.
Identify and introduce innovative research methodologies approaches and partners.
Manage relationship with third-party Research agencies in coordination with the Customer Research leads in the other GE HealthCare business units/regions and global Sourcing.
Understand educate stakeholders and ensure compliance with (i) external international and national legal and ethical market research regulations/ guidelines and (ii) internal GE HealthCare procedures related to market research in the Healthcare industry.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Data Science or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer/market research
Minimum of 2 years of healthcare industry market and customer research experience
Experience in the end-to-end design and execution of both qualitative and quantitative customer and market primary research. Demonstrated experience with key customer research methodologies
Excellent oral and written communications skills as well as data analysis skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems with established project management skills
Must be willing to work flexible hours to accommodate frequent work during U.S. morning hours
Masters degree in Marketing Business Management Data Science or equivalent
Proven record of successfully establishing and managing project plans and adjusting to changing circumstances; prioritizing and effectively controlling key milestones of multiple projects simultaneously
Successful experience working in a global matrixed team environment and ability to influence diverse cross-functional stakeholders in multiple locations
Initiative-taker works proactively and demonstrates flexibility in approach to changing work priorities
