About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a results-driven Director of Marketing & Community Engagement to join the Executive Team at St Catherines School.

This pivotal leadership role offers the opportunity to drive future growth elevate brand awareness and strengthen community connections. Reporting to the Principal and Director of Business the successful candidate will shape and deliver strategic marketing enrolment community engagement and philanthropic initiatives that reflect the Schools values traditions and strategic direction.

As a key ambassador for the Schools brand and community the Director of Marketing & Community Engagement will lead the areas of Marketing Admissions Community Engagement and Advancement with clarity creativity and purpose. Working collaboratively across the School the role will focus on delivering impactful strategies that strengthen enrolments deepen relationships with current and future families and support philanthropic campaigns.

To be successful in this opportunity you will require:

Key Selection Criteria

  • Prior executive experience in an equivalent role at an independent school is essential.
  • A working knowledge of Synergetic DigiStorm funnel Meta Linkedin is preferred.
  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline or extensive experience in strategic marketing communications public relations or community engagement.
  • A track record of achieving enrolment KPIs and driving a sales culture within your team.
  • Excellent leadership organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and effectively prioritise competing demands in a fast-paced high-performance environment.
  • Experience in the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans with proven commercial acumen and an ability to implement brand strategy drive enrolment growth and lead integrated campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
  • Excellent written verbal communication and presentation skills with a proven capacity in PR media relations and community storytelling.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop authentic relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders including current and prospective families alumni and donors.
