Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our Service Department team. This full-time position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM with every other Saturday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM. In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers calling in for service support or scheduling needs.
In addition to handling inbound calls scheduling service appointments and assisting with general service inquiries this role also includes cashiering responsibilities such as processing payments and finalizing service transactions. You will also assist customers with rental vehicle coordination ensuring a smooth and professional experience throughout their service visit.
