Job Description
Summary Statement
Essential Functions
- Provide hands-on support for user access provisioning and other security-related requests.
- Work closely with and serve as a backup for the Security Analyst.
- Provides input for Continuity of Operations (COOP) Plans and ensures users contact information is up to date.
- Participates in an Incident Response Team for the Delaware Judicial Branch.
- Assist with user/system cleanup eff orts.
- Performs other security functions as requested.
- Maintain confidentiality on all sensitive security matters.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent work experience is preferred.
- Experience working in the IT field related to Information Security.
- Experience with Active Directory and managing access across a complex network.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and initiatives.
- Experience with Epicor or ServiceNow preferred.
Conditions of Hire
- A satisfactory criminal background check is required as a condition of hire.
- Direct deposit of paychecks is required as a condition of hire.
