Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Office Manager for our Falls Church VA location. This position is vital to the smooth operation of our office and plays a key role in supporting staff patients and the overall success of our agency.

Please note: This is not a remote or hybrid position. On-site presence is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure efficient office workflows

  • Supervise and support office staff; foster a positive and productive work environment

  • Maintain accurate records filing systems and compliance documentation

  • Manage scheduling correspondence and communication with staff and clients

  • Coordinate with clinical and field staff to support patient care delivery

  • Handle payroll supply ordering and general administrative tasks

  • Serve as a liaison between staff leadership and other departments

  • Ensure office practices comply with company policies and state/federal regulations

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in healthcare administration or office management (home health preferred)

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to lead and motivate a team

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health record systems

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree a plus)

Location:
Falls Church VA (serving Arlington Alexandria and surrounding areas)
This is an on-site position. Remote or hybrid work is not available.
