Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Office Manager for our Falls Church VA location. This position is vital to the smooth operation of our office and plays a key role in supporting staff patients and the overall success of our agency.
Please note: This is not a remote or hybrid position. On-site presence is required.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure efficient office workflows
Supervise and support office staff; foster a positive and productive work environment
Maintain accurate records filing systems and compliance documentation
Manage scheduling correspondence and communication with staff and clients
Coordinate with clinical and field staff to support patient care delivery
Handle payroll supply ordering and general administrative tasks
Serve as a liaison between staff leadership and other departments
Ensure office practices comply with company policies and state/federal regulations
Qualifications:
Previous experience in healthcare administration or office management (home health preferred)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health record systems
High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree a plus)

Falls Church VA (serving Arlington Alexandria and surrounding areas)
