The Autocar Solutions team fights for our customers needs. Every truck we make is a custom-engineered custom-made truck that is designed to get the job done. Our truck has more up-time is more comfortable and is the safer choice 40% fewer crashes with injury than the industry average. For the life of the truck we have around the clock support.

Your Mission
- Utilize your problem-solving experience to troubleshoot truck issues from the customer over the phone. ** Previous electrical diagnostic experience preferred
- Guide troubleshooting efforts and facilitate vehicle repairs as needed to any individual associated with an Autocar Product that has contacted Autocar for help.
- Be process driven and tenacious at determining the optimal solution for the customer.
Where will you work This role is located at one of Autocars plant in either Birmingham AL or Hagerstown IN.
