We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow HRSD Business Analyst. The ability to obtain a public trust clearance is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD) business requirements using agile methodologies and project management best practices.
- Collaborating with Project Leadership and client stakeholders to align organizational HR business needs policies and government directives including OPM Human Capital Business Reference Model.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) capabilities and Federal Capital expertise HR processes and process improvements.
- Ability to conduct HRSD demonstrations to show HRSD capabilities and functionality.
- A subject matter expert with the ability to translate standard Human Resource government business processes to ServiceNow out of the box (OOTB) ServiceNow HRSD functionality.
- The ability to showcase the benefits of using ServiceNow or their day-to-day business needs.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree and 10 years of experience
- Federal human capital expertise and HR process improvement experience.
- Ability to obtain a public trust clearance
Physical and Mental Qualifications:
- Maintain focus and awareness throughout scheduled working hours.
- Perform tasks requiring prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk utilizing a computer mouse and keyboard.
- Lift and move objects weighing up to 15 pounds as needed.
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.
- Quickly learn and retain routine tasks and processes.
- Possess strong organizational skills attention to detail business correspondence proficiency and self-management capabilities.
- Perform the essential functions of the role satisfactorily; reasonable accommodation will be provided for employees with disabilities upon request.
