Job Description
Edmond Hyundai and Genesis of Edmond is seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruiting and Training Manager to lead talent acquisition and employee development for our high performing dealership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting hiring and on-boarding top talent while designing top talent while designing and delivering training programs to enhance employee performance sales skills and customer service excellence. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills. A passion for team development and deep understanding of the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting top candidates for Sales Service and the Finance and Insurance Department
Developing relationships with local universities
Developing a training program that fosters sales performance and promotes great customer service
Automotive Experience is required
