As the Senior Manager Money Services Business Management you will be responsible for leading key Money Services business(es) in our Financial Services organization orchestrating strategic initiatives achieving business P&L results and driving innovation. You will craft financial services business strategies develop customer value propositions partner with key internal and external stakeholders execute on important cross-functional initiatives across the portfolio. You will be a key leader on one of the largest non-bank consumer financial services businesses in the world. You will leverage experience with Money Services businesses & key initiative leadership for businesses such as Money Transfers Bill Payment Check Cashing Money Orders Loading & Unloading of Debit Cards and Digital Accounts ATMs and Tax Preparation.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business or related field and 5 years of experience in consumer financial services (e.g. bill payment money transfers money orders check cashing loading & unloading of debit cards and digital accounts tax preparation) product management marketing management customer relationship management retail operations or related area.
• 5 years of experience leading direct reports and/or large cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications / Other:

• Marketing management in financial services banking or consumer lending or innovation consulting experience in consumer financial services
• MBA in Marketing Finance Operations or related field.

The annual salary range for this position is $90000.00-$180000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
