Job Description
- Providing all customers at the CBS Arena with excellent customer service
- Serving a range of food and drinks to all guests of the CBS Arena
- Interacting with customers and providing excellent customer service for our guests
- Maintaining the areas of work to a high standard of cleanliness
- Taking orders from clients and customers
- Clearing cleaning and resetting tables and buffet stations
- Cash handling/using tills.
- Preparing rooms and surrounding areas for service
- To adhere to the policies and standards of the CBS Arena including; Cash Handling Stock Management Health & Safety and Food Safety.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate the following:
- Hard working punctual and reliable
- You will be well-presented articulate and organised and have friendly personality.
- Good communicator
- Confident talking to new people
- Previous experience in a busy bar or restaurant environment
- Able to work as part of a team and individually
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
