We are currently looking for an experienced individual to join us as a Senior Personal Assistant in our Practice Coordination Team (PCT). The role will be providing maternity cover for a period of 12 to 18 months.
The team comprises c.25 Executive Assistants (EAs) Personal Assistants (PAs) and Team Assistants. We aim to provide a high-quality professional efficient and proactive support service to Frontier continuously striving to improve our skills and capabilities across the firm to adapt to change and embrace new opportunities.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is proactive passionate to learn able to work at speed and build relationships. They will provide support to busy and interesting practices within Frontier working collaboratively with the existing EAs and PAs. Our work environment is based on collaboration and innovation. We seek a flexible and team spirited approach to working closely with other PCT colleagues on a variety of administrative asks in support of the business.
As Senior PA for Directors and Associate Directors we would expect you to build and maintain a strong working relationship with them have a good understanding of the practice and the work they do and be proactive in proposing how to make effective use of their time.
Some of the core tasks in this diverse role but not limited to are:
Diary management for directors;
Participation in project meetings/senior meetings including the organisation minute taking collation circulation of agenda and materials and following up on action points;
Assist directors with co-ordination and completion of internal management tasks;
Prepare project invoices;
Travel and Expense management;
Spell checks formatting and editing documents and reports;
Organise and participate in large events meetings and team away days;
Ad hoc duties for the wider team.
Experience in a similar position within financial professional public institutions or third sector.
Self-motivated with the ability to work proactively.
Strong organisational skills diligence and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Strong team player with a flexible initiative-taking and professional attitude
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
Effective communication skills both written and spoken.
Confident in building positive working relationships across the company.
Good relationships developed across the Firm with staff knowing who you are and how you can help;
Good feedback from stakeholders across the firm particularly around responsiveness ease of working with outcome focus and knowledge;
Excellent management of multiple projects and initiatives maintaining good outcomes simultaneously;
Demonstrates the ability to be change-orientated indicating a flexible and adaptable approach to problem-solving decision-making and dealing with new circumstances.
