This post is offered as a fixed term contract until 03/08/2026 (or secondment for internal applicants)
We are looking for someone to join theBristol Womens Pathway (*women only) as a Project Worker. The service provides specialist safe spaces from abuse exploitation or Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG).
In this role you will work across the Womens Pathway in 3 semi-independent as part of a dedicated team to provide a safe high quality positive and inclusive service to clients; by working with people to identify their personal aims and ambitions and providing practical and personal support in an approachable caring and person-centred way. You will work independently at times and be comfortable as a lone worker.
In this role you will work on a shift rota including mornings evenings and some of these roles staff can claim an additional 20% pay premium for hours worked between 8pm and 8am Monday to Friday and all hours worked on Saturday and Sunday.

About you
We are looking for enthusiastic people with experience helping people throughout difficult periods and a process of change and able to manage complex situations. If you have good interpersonal and skills patience and resilience we will provide you with the knowledge and training you need to work with clients in a holistic and person-centred should also demonstrate:
*For posts in our Womens service for genuine occupational requirement reasons we are looking to appoint a female only for these posts (exemption under the Equality Act 2010 Part 1 Schedule 9).
