Employment Type: Full Time 35 hours per week

Duration: Continuing

Remuneration: Professional Level 7 $113K- $123K per annum 17% super Annual Leave Loading

Location: Kensington New South Wales

Why this role matters:

The Knowledge on Demand (KoD) Platform Lead plays a pivotal role in the operational delivery of UNSW Business Schools digital learning offerings. Responsible for the end-to-end coordination of KoD programs this role ensures seamless learner experiences through efficient enrolment logistics platform functionality and participant support.

Working closely with academic and professional staff the KoD Platform Lead supports program setup monitors delivery quality and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engagement and operational performance. The role also liaises with key stakeholders to ensure timely high-quality execution of courses in alignment with the Schools strategic goals in impact and partnerships.

Reporting to the Senior Deputy Dean (Impact and Partnerships) this role is critical in maintaining the Business Schools reputation for responsive partner-focused training experiences.

Skills Required:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification with subsequent experience in program coordination project management executive education or a related field or equivalent competence gained through a combination of education training and experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail across logistical instructional and stakeholder-facing deliverables.
  • Demonstrated success working collaboratively with academic and professional staff as well as external stakeholders to support the planning and delivery of educational programs or services.
  • Experience working with a range of computer systems and applications including learning management systems customer relationship management platforms and communication tools (e.g. Microsoft Teams and SharePoint).
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs and priorities in a dynamic environment while exercising sound judgement and initiative.
  • Proven experience supporting program or project delivery including the coordination of logistics tracking of milestones and preparation of relevant documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team with a proactive and solutions-focused approach to meeting operational challenges.
  • An understanding of and commitment to UNSWs aims objectives and values in action together with relevant policies and guidelines.
  • Knowledge of health & safety (psychosocial and physical) responsibilities and commitment to attending relevant health and safety training.
