Why this role matters:
The Knowledge on Demand (KoD) Platform Lead plays a pivotal role in the operational delivery of UNSW Business Schools digital learning offerings. Responsible for the end-to-end coordination of KoD programs this role ensures seamless learner experiences through efficient enrolment logistics platform functionality and participant support.
Working closely with academic and professional staff the KoD Platform Lead supports program setup monitors delivery quality and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engagement and operational performance. The role also liaises with key stakeholders to ensure timely high-quality execution of courses in alignment with the Schools strategic goals in impact and partnerships.
Reporting to the Senior Deputy Dean (Impact and Partnerships) this role is critical in maintaining the Business Schools reputation for responsive partner-focused training experiences.
