Your responsibilities
We offer a dynamic working environment in a fast changing international entity. You participate in local and international HR tasks like recruitment learning and development staffing & workforce planning. Next to this you manage your own HR projects (employee engagement and talent management). You are part of a small team based in Leuven (Belgium).
Your Profile
You have a Bachelor in Organizational psychology - Human Resources or equivalent;
You speak English/Dutch
You are a flexible team player eager to learn with an analytical mindset.
You are communicative proactive and you are not afraid of being in direct intervention and cooperation with multiple stakeholders (managers employees);
