Job Description
The opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Manager to join our Energy and Utilities team in WA. This role will be an 8/6 roster DIDO on company time.
The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all activities related to multiple engineering disciplines including structural mechanical piping and electrical works ensuring that all project activities are carried out efficiently safely and in accordance with the schedule budget and quality requirements. This role involves leadership of site teams management of subcontractors and ensuring compliance with health safety and environmental standards. The Site Manager will work closely with project managers Superintendents engineers and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of all project phases.
What youll do
- Oversee the execution of the project ensuring that each discipline meets schedule quality and cost requirements
- Implement project plans and strategies ensuring compliance with technical specifications
- Ensure the contract is on schedule and within quality and estimates
- Liaise with the Site project teamto ensure that resources (equipment labour & staff) are fully utilised
- Provide leadership in the identification and management of risk associated with contract activities including - PhysicalandPsychologicalWell-Being Engineering IncidentInvestigationandLearning / ManagingSafeWork / RiskManagementand ProcessSafety
Regularly review and monitor contract costs and take corrective action if significant deviations from budget occur

What were looking for
- Able to work 8:6 roster
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical or related discipline) (preferred)
- relevant industry certifications (e.g Project Management HSE)
- Able to work a fixed term position until January 2026
- Experience in the mining construction or resources sector
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements for mining operations
