Job Description
About the Role:
- Provide design expertise within a collaborative environment.
- Inspire creativity throughout all design and development work and encourage proactivity in the team.
- Ensure all design work is completed to the highest standard and aligns with the Sportsbet strategy and brand.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and end product.
- Proactively contributing towards new ideas across the digital space.
- Liaise with other departments including the Brand Digital CRM HR and Value team to determine design projects scope/requirements resulting in the delivery of high-quality design assets/solutions.
- Manage and drive the development of a campaign from concept stage through to delivery.
- Maintain suitable communication updates and relationships between key stakeholders Studio and the other departments within the company.
About You:
- Proven experience in a fast-paced design environment (online folio with your best work required).
- Expert skills in Adobe CC Suite including Photoshop Illustrator and Indesign.
- Experience in Generative Ai preferably Chat GPT for image generation.
- Some animation knowledge including Adobe after effects and/or lottie animation would be favourable.
- Strong experience in multiple digital design disciplines.
- Some experience in HTML EDM designs and builds.
- Strong stakeholder management abilities to develop and capture a thorough brief manage expectations proactively offer status updates on projects and maintain good relationships within the wider team.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
