Job Description
Join a mission-driven team making a difference in stormwater management! Dragonfly Pond Works is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Experience Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our clients. This role is key to ensuring smooth communication and supporting our sales and operations teams in delivering exceptional service.
Location: Raleigh NC 27610
Pay Range: $20/hr - $25/hr
Requirements
- 2 years in customer service or admin support
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems email platforms and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the friendly voice and helpful hand behind our email website and phone inquiries
- Route and respond to inquiries quickly and professionally
- Assist sales and operations by tracking and validating leads
- Keep our CRM system organized and up to date
- Follow up with prospects to gather info and schedule appointments
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and streamline communications.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience in environmental or service-based industries
- Familiarity with quoting or project coordination tools
- An interest in sustainability or green infrastructure
