Job Description
Park Nicollet Clinics Eden Prairie is seeking an Advanced Practice Clinician to join our Family Medicine Same Day/Acute Care team. team. Being a part of our team means you will have an impact on the care that our patients receive every day.
As a Primary Care Clinician you will be part of the largest multi-specialty care system in the Twin Cities. The position requires board certification/board eligibility in Family Medicine. This is an out-patient same day position where you will have the ability to perform a range of acute in-clinic procedures (80%) and support in-basket management (20%). Minimum of 3 years of Primary Care APC experience in an outpatient clinic setting.
