The primary purpose of the Shipping and Receiving Specialistis toverify and keep records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepare items for shipment by performing the essential job requirements to quality and productivity standards.

Pay/Schedule
- Pay is $17/hour
- Schedule starting at 12pm each day and typically ending at 7pm once the trucks are done being loaded

Responsibilities
- Verify and keep records on incoming and outgoing shipments
- Assist shipping and receiving unload trucks check in merchandise and match purchase orders to sales orders
- Read customer orders work orders shipping orders or requisitions to determine items to be moved gathered or distributed and/or shipped
- Fill requisitions work orders or requests for parts tools or other stock items and distribute items to shipping or to designated areas
- Assist in counting of physical inventory movement of inventory and organization of shipping and receiving area
- Take care of cores damages and fascias
- Run parts twice a day to Rydell Body Shop
- Run parts between RydellGM / Honda Nissan / Toyota.
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure proper productivity of Parts department
- Willingness to work late nights when needed during winter/busy months
Qualifications
- Ability to collaborate cooperate interpret and communicate information
- Efficiently use Microsoft Office Suite (Word Power Point Excel)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge and ability to make decisions
- Understanding of proper packaging methods
- Must be able to lift at least 75lbs
- Must have clean driving record and valid drivers license
