Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales BDC Consultantto join our dynamic team! In this role you will be the first point of contact for online and phone leads helping drive traffic and sales for our dealership.

Compensation:
The BDC - Sales Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $19.00 and $31.00. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to internet phone and chat inquiries
- Follow up with leads to schedule appointments
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in automotive sales BDC or call center preferred
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Organized self-motivated and goal-driven
- Comfortable with technology and CRM tools
