Job Description

- Create detailed mitigation and reconstruction estimates in Xactimate following program guidelines and IICRC standards.
- Collaborate with project managers field staff and technicians to define accurate scopes.
- Calculate labor equipment and material pricing with precision including quantity takeoffs.
- Review estimates with the construction team and address insurer feedback or exceptions.
- Manage claims from First Notice of Loss through completion using CRM systems.
- Coordinate field team dispatch and track progress to ensure SLA compliance and efficient job flow.
- Upload and organize photos documents and insurer info in real time.
- Perform daily reviews of compliance tasks and escalate issues proactively.
- Maintain frequent contact with property owners and adjusters.
- Address service issues and complaints documenting resolutions with care.
- Ensure daily job notes are entered and communication flows consistently across teams.
- Digitize and manage job-related documents for streamlined access.
- Support project managers technicians and other team members with documentation and final reviews.
- Assist the leadership team in completing administrative tasks and special projects.
- Detail-oriented with a background in basic construction familiarity with building materials flooring and damage caused by fire water smoke and other hazards is key.
- Strong understanding of commercial restoration and insurance industry workflows.
- Confident using Xactimate DASH Mitigate and other project software.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting with multiple priorities in motion.
