Job Description:
- Welcome customers and evaluate their vehicle service needs with professionalism
- Clearly communicate repair and maintenance options to ensure customer confidence
- Collaborate with technicians to schedule and complete services efficiently
- Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
- Maintain accurate records of service orders invoices and customer interactions
- Contribute to a positive team-oriented environment in a busy growing dealership
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive setting
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on building customer trust
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative team environment
- Professional demeanor and commitment to high-quality service
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary: $70000$120000 annually including performance-based bonuses
- Comprehensive benefits package (after 90 days):
