As a Business Development Professional within our Government and Public Sector market sales team you will be responsible for selling the full range of Cybersecurity services to customers in the small or medium business teams. Your focus is to gain revenue growth through organically growing your account base focusing on building long-term sustainable relationships. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with a passion for building and nurturing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities. You will have a strong understanding of the sales process and excel at generating leads managing client accounts and fostering long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities:
Focus on targeting new prospective customers building pipeline closing business in order to create and grow your own account base
Build long term sustainable relationships with new clients in order to create pipeline close business and support revenue growth for the Assurance (cyber security) division.
Work with sales management to build effective account and opportunity plans
Work alongside internal delivery teams in order to develop opportunities and ensure we close projects in a timely fashion.
Work with the Technical Operations and Finance teams in order to ensure we provide excellent service to our customers
Essential Skills:
Winning new business and meeting or exceeding targets with a proven track record of over performing
Knowledge and understanding of the Technology / Cybersecurity industry
Capable of gaining an understanding of a clients business case and articulating value propositions aligned to their organization
Previous experience in sales forecasting and account planning
Cyber Sales experience is desired but not essential
