Personal Lines Account Manager Milton Ontario In-Office Full-Time
Are you passionate about delivering top-notch service and building lasting client relationships Our client a trusted family-owned brokerage with over 70 years of experience is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join their Milton team. Representing some of Canadas largest insurance companies they pride themselves on integrity community values and putting clients first.
About the Role
As a Personal Lines Account Manager you will be the key point of contact for clientsoffering expert insurance guidance proactive service and support throughout their insurance journey. Youll be part of a collaborative and customer-focused team committed to delivering excellence in every interaction.
What Youll Do
Provide exceptional service to clients via phone email and in-person
Respond to inquiries regarding quotes policy changes coverage reviews billing and claims
Manage a loyal and growing personal lines portfolio with professionalism and care
Perform accurate data entry and maintain detailed records
Assist in generating new business and strengthening client retention
What You Bring
RIBO license in good standing (required)
Minimum 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with Applied Rating company portals and ideally Power Broker
Sound underwriting knowledge and ability to navigate insurer rules and guidelines
Self-starter with a positive attitude and a commitment to client satisfaction
