About the Role

An exciting opportunity has become available for a a proactive and organised HR Administrator to join our busy Corporate Support team based in Forrestfield. You will be working in our purpose built modern offices located near the new train station with onsite parking and a friendly supportive team environment.

This opportunity would ideally suit someone who has recently graduated with their HR degree has strong administrative skills a passion for HR and a can-do attitude. As this is an entry level role the role is suited to someone looking to develop and establish their skills in HR.

Key Responsibilities for this role include:

  • Provide high quality HR support across the full employee lifecycle including recruitment onboarding probation reviews data entry documentation and offboarding
  • Manage the administration of TCWA Apprentice & Trainee program
  • Coordinate TCWAs work experience program
  • Monitor the HR and Apprentice inbox and assist with queries escalating as required
  • Assist with reporting data entry and compliance tracking
  • Assist in coordinating training requests and tracking completion
  • Maintain and update personnel files to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Support the HR team with a range of generalist and project based tasks
  • Assist with the planning and coordination of HR events
  • Assist with general administrative tasks including filing and data management
