Job Description
Key Activities/Responsibilities:
- Lead the Product Management team ensuring alignment with brand-specific goals and objectives.
- Manage strategic initiatives to drive growth and improvement across brands.
- Manage and coordinate new/enhanced product evolution from concept to design prototype testing cost production promotion price serviceability and support.
- Ensure initiatives timelines and goals are clearly defined communicated resourced executed and measured.
- Lead and/or oversee multiple project teams ensuring program goals are achieved.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing sales engineering and operations to achieve program objectives.
- Monitor and report on program performance including key metrics related to revenue margins and market share ensuring initiative results are tracked post-launch.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with program execution ensuring timely delivery of projects within scope and budget.
- Ensure a clear and deep understanding of target markets customer behaviors and needs to develop meaningful and innovative solutions that support organizational strategy and fuel organic growth.
- Ensure validation of market demand and willingness to pay for new products or services.
- Manage all costs to achieve profitability and market share targets.
- Track market trends and develop business cases for product alignment to those trends.
- Partner with key internal organizations to innovate go-to-market processes.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement encouraging innovation and efficiency within the team.
