Position SummaryReporting to the Director of Athletics Bancroft School seeks a dedicated and experienced Varsity Girls Soccer Assistant Coach for its varsity high school program. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader who builds a strong inclusive team culture and supports each student-athletes growthacademically athletically and personally. The team practices Monday-Friday from 3:45-5:30pm. Game-day schedules vary. The stipend for the position is competitive. The start date for this position is August 18 :
- Prior coaching experience at the high school club or collegiate level
- Strong understanding of soccer fundamentals strategy and team management.
- Ability to serve as a positive role model and mentor to high school student-athletes.
- Excellent organizational communication and interpersonal skills.
- Current CPR/First Aid/AED certification (or ability to obtain).
- Must pass School background checks
