Job Description
Location: SERVPRO of East & North East Greenville County
Pay: $22$26/hour (based on experience & certifications)
Schedule: Full-Time On-Call 1 week/month
Job Type: Permanent Field Leadership Role

SERVPRO of East & North East Greenville County is looking for a skilled Restoration Supervisor to
lead field crews and oversee restoration projects involving water fire and mold damage. Were a

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate jobs from start to finish managing up to 1216 technicians
Ensure safety protocols quality control and job documentation are met on every site
Oversee job setup daily production and equipment use
Communicate clearly with clients adjusters and the internal office team
Coach team members resolve field issues and support performance reviews
Perform vehicle and equipment checks; manage materials and jobsite logistics
Requirements:
IICRC WRT & ASD certifications (required)
1 years of experience leading restoration or construction crews
Valid drivers license and insurable under company policy
Able to lift 50 lbs climb ladders and work in crawlspaces or confined areas
Must be able to take on-call duty one week each month
Compensation & Benefits:
$22$26/hour based on experience
