The Restoration Technician plays a key role in executing restoration and cleanup services on residential and commercial projects. This position requires a reliable hard-working individual who can ensure quality service while maintaining the professional appearance of SERVPRO vehicles and equipment.
- Perform demolition water and fire damage mitigation mold remediation duct cleaning carpet and general cleaning contents pack-out and related restoration services
- Load and organize equipment tools and supplies for each job
- Maintain a clean and professional vehicle and equipment appearance
- Set up staging areas and prep workspaces at job sites
- Follow all safety and risk management procedures
- Communicate clearly with supervisors job leads and fellow technicians
- Perform end-of-job cleanup and equipment breakdown
- Entry-level; IICRC or other industry certifications are a plus
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Excellent communication customer service and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks
- Physically able to:
- Lift 50 lbs. independently (up to 100 lbs. with assistance)
- Climb ladders and work at elevated heights
- Work in tight or confined spaces
- Stand sit or work for extended periods
- Lift 50 lbs. independently (up to 100 lbs. with assistance)
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Must pass criminal background and motor vehicle checks
