About the role
This is a full-time fixed-term contract or secondment position (12-month duration) within the Recycled Water Operations team at East Gippsland Water.
The Coordinator leads a skilled team in the safe operation and maintenance of recycled water plants ensuring high-quality output and compliance with EPA standards. The role oversees facilities across the Mitchell District providing technical guidance and consistent system application. It also embeds Environmental Management System (EMS) requirements into daily operations and drives continuous improvement. Additionally the Coordinator manages performance and optimisation programs for all recycled water plants.

* This role has been classified as per our Enterprise Agreement as a Band 3 position ($72912.23 - $94710.54 per annum)
* Plus 12% employer superannuation contribution. We reserve the right to remunerate successful candidates within the span of this classification dependant on demonstrated skills experience and qualifications.
