Job Description

Learning Developer - Curriculum

  • Ongoing Full Time
  • Clerk Grade 5/6
  • Package up to $124982.86 pa. Package includes salary range ($99938 pa to $110271 pa) plus employers contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
  • Location: Emergency Services Academy Orchard Hills (minimum 3 days in the office)

About the role:

The Learning Developer Curriculum undertakes the design and development of training and assessment resources to meet organisational and RTO compliance requirements.

About you:

  • You will have demonstrated knowledge of training and assessment resource design and development with specific reference to Vocational Education and Training (VET) environment
  • Have a collaborative approach and experience engaging stakeholders preferably in the design and development of training and assessment resources
  • Ability to prioritise and work according to time and resource constraints of multiple training projects.

Essential Requirements:

  • Qualifications in learning design adult education / related field or equivalent relevant experience
