About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Reservations Manager to lead our dynamic Reservations this hands-on role youll oversee daily operations drive process efficiency and ensure seamless guest interactions while collaborating with departments across the resort.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support daily operations of the Reservations team
- Manage room inventory and booking systems (PMS MARSHA OXI)
- Ensure all VIP and group bookings are accurately handled
- Coach and develop team members through training and onboarding
- Liaise with Revenue and Sales teams to support promotions and rate programs
- Complete reports rosters timesheets and end-of-month tasks
- Respond to guest enquiries via phone/email and support sales conversions
- Maintain compliance with WH&S and company policies
What Were Looking For
- Minimum 3 years experience in hotel reservations (supervisory experience highly regarded)
- Strong knowledge of FIT and group bookings
- Excellent communication customer service and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in hotel systems and Microsoft Office
- A team leader with a proactive and guest-focused approach
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
