Automotive Customer Service Assistant

Responsibilities
- Greet customer with a warm and friendly welcome
- Assist with the service lane check in process
- Introduce customer to their Service Advisor
- Assist with moving service lane vehicles
- Shuttle customers to and from the dealership
- Pickup and delivery of customers vehicle
Requirements
- Great work ethic and positive attitude
- Experience in customer service with a friendly personality
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to work retail hours including nights some holidays and weekends
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Current valid drivers license
- Must pass Physical and Background Check
