The Digital Operations and Services Manager will oversee our Digital Operations and Services team and provide support and guidance to the team. Our ideal candidate in this role is a proven people leader who has experience leading multiple servicing and operational functions within financial services. You will have the opportunity to modernize our current payment channels for various processes such as wires drafts ACH check clearing item processing cash ordering dormant account processing and payroll posting. This critical role not only provides systems and back-office support for all related processes but is also responsible for the research development and implementation of enhancements to UHCUs payment channels.
This role will be onsite at our headquarters in Austin TX.
What you will do:
We are looking for someone who can bring their passion for member service to the forefront cultivating a service-oriented team culture while building and leading a high-performance team. You will need to work collaboratively with all departments within the organization meet with vendors on a routine basis and lead numerous project management tasks. You will ensure new product features and functionality are designed with a high level of security managing risk vs. reward and staying informed of industry standards and requirements.
In addition this position will be helping develop the roadmap for department success. We are looking for a creative passionate and resourceful individual that is able to support the AVP of Digital Operations & Services bringing new ideas and resources to the table.
