Were looking for a results-driven and analytical Senior Financial Analyst who is passionate about turning data into insights that drive strategic decision-making.
As a Senior Financial Analyst you will play a critical role in supporting our financial planning and analysis efforts. Youll work cross-functionally to provide actionable insights drive process improvements and contribute to our companys growth. This position is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a strategic mindset to problem-solving.
What youll do
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support forecasting budgeting and long-term planning
- Analyze financial data business trends and key performance indicators to provide actionable insights
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales Marketing Product Operations) to inform business strategy
- Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards for senior leadership
- Support monthly close processes and variance analysis
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes reporting and tools
- Participate in special projects and ad-hoc analyses as neededInitiative & Self-Direction Proactively identifies solutions manages time effectively and takes ownership of work

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field
- MBA or CPA strongly preferred
- 5 years of progressive financial analysis experience with at least 2 years in a SaaS or technology company
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Experience with financial reporting tools (e.g. NetSuite Adaptive Insights Tableau Looker etc.)
- Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills
