Job Duties:
The Public Information Officer is responsible for creating and scheduling compelling content that promotes the mission and programs of Keep Louisiana Beautiful (KLB). The incumbent will ensure messaging reflects KLBs values and voice across all communications platforms. Responsibilities include but are not limited to creating social media and electronic communication calendars assisting with social strategy development creating and editing content and engaging with KLBs online audiences.

Performs other duties as assigned.
Position-Specific Details:
Appointment Type: This position will be filled as a part-time Classified WAE limited to 1245 working hours in a 12 month period. **Starting Hourly Pay varies depending on experience.**
