GENERAL DESCRIPTION:


The Wyoming Game and Fish Department is seeking to hire a three (3) month position that will assist with fish culture duties spawning activities facility maintenance and grounds keeping at the Wyoming Game and Fish Departments Tillett Springs Rearing Station.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The listed functions are illustrative only and are not intended to describe every function that may be performed in the job level.


  • Duties will include but not be limited to daily fish culture routines (tank cleaning & feeding) fish distribution and stocking taking sample counts and completing fish inventories.
  • Assisting with Kokanee Salmon spawning operations and possibly other species which will include Brown Brook and Lake Trout.
  • Duties will also include work to maintain the facility grounds equipment and buildings.

Qualifications



PREFERENCES/**AGENCY REQUIREMENTS:


Preference may be given to those with the equivalent of a high school diploma and to those who attach a resume with their on-line state application.

**Agency requires that the successful applicant possess a valid drivers license.
