Whats your day like
As a Part Time Country Store Associate at Fellowship Community you will be the welcoming face our customers delight in seeing! Your role will involve greeting and assisting customers with their purchases at the register while ensuring accurate sales information is maintained. You will open and close the cash register holding accountability for all transactions. Not only will you keep our shelves well-stocked but youll also brew and maintain a clean coffee station that invites customers to linger. Your creativity will shine as you promote sales and engage with visitors responding to feedback enthusiastically.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- Must be able to read write and speak English.
- Intermediate computer skills required.
- Must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Must possess good organizational skills.
- Retail/marketing/customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong public relations skills.
- Must have an understanding of Geriatrics and Long-Term Care.
- Must be able to count cash.
- Must be able to see hear and speak in order to be able to communicate with persons who may be sight and / or hearing impaired.
- Work performance reflects the essential elements of Fellowship Communitys RISE Core Values.
- Meets requirements of Pre-hire assessment.
- Successful Completion of Fellowship Community Orientation.
