JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the DSO and Delinquency to meet corporate guidelines (ESG Divisions).
- Maintain and update Direct & International Customer Master Records in JDE (ESG Divisions).
- Assist ESG Finance / Credit Manager on review of Sales Contracts and POs (T&C) that are received by customers.
- Coordinate with Sales Dept RSM and Customer at the time International Unit Orders are generated establish payment terms and ensure all documents (CPQ PO or Order Acknowledgement JDE and Power Apps) match.
- Review and Administer Commercial & Standby Letters of Credit (ESG Divisions) and work with Wells Fargo Bank regarding selection of Preferred Banks to Issue LCs and Pricing (Advising Discounting & Confirmation).
- Follow up with Banks Customers and RSM regarding Amendment Requests to LCs or Standby LC and ensure that sales orders contain appropriate Finance Fee.
- Interact with Customers & RSM regarding deposits and funding prior to unit entering Production Hard Freeze.
- Keep up to date with the Federal Signal Compliance Manual & Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and Compliance.
- Authorize shipment of International Units to Traffic Manage and assist coordination of units ship or picked up within 10 days of completion. (ESG Divisions)
- Maintain Credit Files for units (Order Acknowledgement or PO CPQ Invoice Proforma Invoice deposit invoice JDE Sales Order MSO and correspondence)
- Coordinate with International Dealers / Customers Freight Forwarder and RSMs regarding International Sales and verify filing of AES/ITN Numbers and International Paperwork.
- Attend Weekly QRF Meetings provide update Staff on finance issues on International Unit Customers.
- Maintain contact with Production and Sales Teams regarding any deterioration in Customers credit worthiness that may impact scheduling or completion dates.
- Distribute Commission Forms and obtain breakdown of fees & Dealer Reserve & Authorize Payment of Commissions.
- Update Power Apps with Work Order Payment Terms Deposit QRF Date trade funding source.
- Maintain Tax Exemption Certificates on all Non-Taxable Customers and update on CM Record & Vertex.
- Review AR Aging Reports and Interact with Customers to resolve issues on units and parts that delay payment.
- Establish and Maintain Credit Limits on International & Direct Customer Accounts (ESG Divisions) (W/ ARE Role)
- Compile ESG Management Reports (ESG Divisions)
- Review a request for credit and decide within a timely manner.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- High School diploma required. Bachelors degree in Finance of Business preferred.
- Must have background in finance or accounting with ability to read a financial statement
- Experience working with Equipment or Auto Dealer Networks preferred.
- Must be able to build constructive and effective relationships with internal and external customers.
- Must have the ability to solve problems and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Must have strong communication and organization skills and be able to manage multiple tasks
- Must have AR Collections experience.
- JD Edwards Big Machines CPQ Power BI Tool Experience is preferred.
- Banking lending and underwriting experience preferred
- Titling experience preferred
Salary Range - $24-28/hr
