Job Description
Davico MFG is looking for a well rounded capable CNC machine operator who has an eye for detail and wants to grow their skill set in a quick paced environment. With a focus on lean manufacturing Davico is committed to building better systems that allow us to produce well made products with quick turn around.
- Must have strong mechanical aptitude
- Must have the ability to follow processes and procedures using lean principles.
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent attitude and teamwork
- English spekaing preferred for safety and have good communication skills.
- Must be able to read and understand basic g-code
Experience using the Haas NGC is a bonus
18 years and older
High School or equivalent
Preferred 2 years technical or trade school degree with emphasis on Tool Making/CNC Machine equivalent
Machinist cert preferred
Lean manufacturing cert preferred
3-5 years experience: CNC Mill Operation Manual Lathe Operation Waterjet/Plasma Table Operation Use of Machining Tools
