Role Overview:
As a hands-on developer with at least 5 years of relevant experience youll play a key role in designing developing and maintaining our platform. Ensuring it remains stable scalable and responsive even in the most demanding environments. Youll work with modern technologies like React (TypeScript) on the frontend and Spring Boot 3 on the backend.
Were looking for someone who is not only technically strong but also thrives in a collaborative environment takes ownership and isnt afraid to dive into complex problems. Youre curious by nature proactive in your approach and care deeply about the quality of the software you build. Experience in team leadership and architecture design is a strong plus as this role may include guiding others and contributing to high-level technical decisions.
This is more than just coding its about building robust real-time solutions that first responders can rely on when lives are on the line. Youll collaborate closely with our development and support teams turning user feedback and frontline insights into features that make a real difference.
