Overview:
We are urgently seeking a Senior Program Manager with deep expertise in Retail eCommerce Supply Chain and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). This is a high-impact onsite role supporting a major client in San Francisco. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large-scale IT programs and working closely with technical teams and executive stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT programs across Retail eCommerce and Supply Chain domains
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to ensure successful execution
- Manage executive-level reporting flight plans and financial impact assessments
- Drive stakeholder alignment and ensure program milestones are met
- Oversee WMS implementations preferably Manhattan WMOS or MAWM
- Identify risks resolve issues and maintain program governance
Required Qualifications:
- 10 years of overall experience including 7 years in IT Program Management
- Strong background in Retail eCommerce Supply Chain and Logistics
- Hands-on experience with WMS platforms (Manhattan preferred)
- Proven ability to manage large-scale programs with multiple workstreams
- Excellent communication and executive reporting skills
- Experience working onsite with cross-functional teams
