This position manages real property operations to provide safe functional and properly sized facilities for business functions. The position supports a variety of operations within North Carolina Department of Transportation such as lease preparation real property acquisition and disposition office installation renovation and construction and moving logistics. The position will serve as the lead of the Real Property Unit within the Facilities Management Division (Program Analyst I) and will develop goals and strategies within the areas of responsibilities. This position will oversee assigned projects to ensure work is done in a timely and cost-effective manner; recommend solutions regarding facility issues and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders as needed.

Bachelors degree from an appropriately accredited institution and three (3) years progressively responsible experience related to the area of assignment; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
