Job Description
We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Houston Texas. This is a full-time night shift opportunity for RNs who are ready to make a difference in womens health and newborn care. If you thrive in a fast-paced patient-focused environment we want to hear from you!
Requirements:
- Active RN License in the State of Texas OR a compact multi-state RN license with no stipulations or disciplinary actions.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required ADN or new grads will not be considered.
- Minimum 3 years of RN experience in an acute care setting with at least 23 years in Labor & Delivery specifically.
- Updated resume with clear employment dates and units worked in.
- Available to work full-time night shifts only. No day shift part-time or promotional opportunities are available at this time.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in extended womens services is a strong plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with physicians patients and family members.
- Must be clear and honest about unit shift and location preferences during the hiring process.
