Job Description


The Senior Financial Analyst will focus on reporting analysis data integrity forecasting and budgeting. Their primary responsibility will be monthly management reporting and analysis of data related to the Value-Added Programs and Services segment. The successful candidate will be able to convert data to conveyable information. This position requires developing and maintaining effective relationships across the entire organization.


Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly and annual financial reports ensuring accuracy and providing key insights on program performance.
  2. Maintain financial models dashboards and KPI reporting to track business performance and support executive decision-making.
  3. Partner with finance accounting and business teams to drive forecasting and budgeting processes.
  4. Collect and maintain value add program financial and operational data from ADs systems. Analyze data draw thoughtful conclusions and presents recommendations on options decisions and actions.
  5. Perform variance analysis identifying key drivers of financial performance and providing actionable recommendations.
  6. Other ad hoc projects as required in support of financial reporting and corporate finance.
Requirements
  1. Advanced knowledge of financial concepts and ability to incorporate into meaningful financial analysis and financial models.
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  3. Strong organizational skills including the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  4. Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment.
  5. Creative thinking and strong analytical skills.
  6. Demonstrated proficiency in both Microsoft Office applications as well as advanced Excel and Power Point skills.
  7. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelors degree in accounting finance or similar field.
  2. At least 3-5 years of experience working in a financial planning & analysis role.

Additional Comments:

  1. Position is based in Wayne PA where we have a hybrid work schedule with 3 days in the office (Tuesdays-Thursdays & Mondays and Fridays remote)
  2. Travel: Minimal
