Salary Grade NC11 Salary Range
The position reports to the State Contract officer and five (5) section managers along with providing day-to-day administrative support to all unit staff performing a variety of functions. The position organizes and coordinates administrative/business tasks including budget purchasing inventory payroll HR and specialized activities for the unit. Duties include but not limited to approving time for staff (supervisors) on a weekly basis; reviewing and approving staff travel reimbursements in SAP; entering staff request for LOA (FMLA) New Hire Actions Separations Promotions Appointment Change etc.; assisting with NCVIP evaluations; entering invoices; assisting the Prequalification Section with selected tasks.Management Preferences:

Bachelors degree from an appropriately accredited institution and one year of experience in HR budgeting research or administrative management; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
