Job Description
Role: Senior Project Manager DPMU Jabalpur Madhya Pradesh
Experience: 5-7 years Not more than 7 years
Salary: Up to 16 LPA
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and driven individual to lead the implementation of large-scale education programs with a strong focus on government engagement at the district and block levels. This role requires exceptional project management team leadership and stakeholder management skills to drive impactful outcomes and co-create strategic plans with district leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Government Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant district and block-level officials including District Magistrate CEO-Zila Panchayat District Project Coordinator DIET Principal and nodal authorities for education.
- Program Oversight: Provide academic governance and monitoring oversight to the team ensuring the achievement of key deliverables outlined in the projects inputs.
- Strategic Leadership & Implementation: Lead strategic planning goal setting and intervention by unblocking bottlenecks advocating with relevant stakeholders and maintaining a strong implementation focus for successful project delivery.
- Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and support for strengthening relevant review committees and forums.
- Team Management: Effectively manage and mentor a high-performing multi-skilled team of Project Managers.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Project Management: Strong project management skills with proven program implementation experience.
- Team Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading teams in operations-oriented projects.
- Execution & Influence: Excellent people and project delivery skills including the ability to create project plans drive execution manage multiple projects simultaneously and possess the maturity to influence diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Sector Experience: Prior hands-on experience in the Indian education sector and with government stakeholders is essential.
- Data Management: Proven ability to design and drive data monitoring systems for large-scale projects.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills backed by a pragmatic mindset capable of deriving actionable insights from data.
