Develop and execute go to market strategy for clients and prospects in line with overall sales plan
Engage with clients regularly (in person or remotely) to understand their needs and requirements
Identify opportunities to cross sell and up sell solutions to existing and new clients
Work with pre-sales technical support engineers to develop proposals and presentations for clients
Negotiate and close deals
Build excellent client relationships and stakeholder management skills
Ensure smooth implementation of solution and provide training where required
Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activity to the sales team
About the Role
Understand customer requirements and devise a solution using the full suite of products/solutions
Conduct discovery sessions with customers to identify scope and timelines
Prepare statements of work and project plans
Create project risk assessments and mitigation strategies
Coordinate resources across the business including internal and external partners
Monitor progress against project milestones and adjust as needed
Test and implement technology solutions
Train customers how to use technology solutions
Go live with new implementations
Post-implementation review and adoption support
About You
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of experience working in a consultative sales environment
Strong understanding of sales processes and ability to uncover client needs and articulate value proposition
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally at all levels
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Self-motivated to drive results
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable navigating web based technology
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
