Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Mid-Level Program Analyst to support a Navy acquisition program office. This position is ideal for an early-career professional with experience in a Navy PEO or Systems Command environment. The selected candidate will assist with program operations documentation SharePoint content management and data analysis in support of acquisition logistics and planning teams.

Established in 2002 The Marlin Alliance is seeking to hire highly skilled individuals to support mission critical projects within the Navy. We are looking for motivated individuals to lead and support digital transformation data science and analytics and automation projects for variety of Navy clients. Individuals must be able to function in a fast-paced work environment and able to adapt quickly to rapidly changing requirements and technologies. Using your comprehensive knowledge of various technologies you will design develop and implement solutions to support Navy mission owners in their digital transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily program operations through documentation management action tracking and meeting coordination.

  • Manage organize and update SharePoint Online (SPO) content and ensure controlled access to sensitive materials.

  • Assist in the preparation of presentations spreadsheets reports and other deliverables using Microsoft 365 tools (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).

  • Coordinate meeting logistics maintain calendars and distribute read-ahead and follow-up materials.

  • Support data entry data integrity and dashboard/report creation for internal and external reporting needs.

  • Assist with ad hoc analysis and project tracking activities in support of program planning and logistics initiatives.

  • Collaborate with government and contractor team members across multiple disciplines in a professional responsive manner.

  • Ensure compliance with security formatting and configuration management procedures in handling program documentation.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited institution.

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience supporting a Navy Program Executive Office (PEO) or Systems Command environment.

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel Word PowerPoint and Outlook.

  • Experience working with SharePoint Online (SPO) for document management and collaboration.

  • Active TS/SCI clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain one.

Desired Knowledge Skills and Abilities

  • Experience creating or maintaining dashboards in Power BI (preferred) or Tableau.

  • Strong attention to detail organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Familiarity with Navy acquisition documentation acronyms and office processes.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced program environment.

  • Willingness to learn and grow into expanded responsibilities over time.
